User Agreement

1. Agreement to Terms

This User Agreement applies to your use of Lucky Reels and this website. By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. You must meet any applicable age requirements and have the legal capacity, or necessary parent or guardian permission, to enter this agreement.

2. Permitted Use

You may use the service for your personal, non-commercial entertainment, subject to these terms, applicable law, and any rules shown within the app. This permission does not transfer ownership of the app or any content.

3. User Responsibilities

Use the service lawfully and respect the rights of others. Do not copy or redistribute content without permission, bypass access restrictions, disrupt the service, introduce malicious software, or attempt unauthorized access. If account features are offered, keep your credentials secure and provide accurate information where requested.

4. Purchases and Subscriptions

If purchases or subscriptions are offered, the price, included benefits, billing period, and any renewal conditions will be shown before you confirm payment. Review those details and the relevant app store terms. Where recurring billing applies, cancellation is managed through the relevant store or payment provider as indicated at purchase. Refund eligibility depends on applicable law and the provider’s rules. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights.

The app, website, branding, and content are protected by intellectual property laws. Rights belong to their respective owners or licensors. Except as permitted by law or expressly authorized, you may not reproduce, distribute, modify, sell, or publicly display protected materials.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or permanent access to any particular content, subject to any rights that apply to paid services.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided as available without guarantees of uninterrupted or error-free operation. Nothing in this agreement excludes liability or warranties that cannot lawfully be excluded, or limits rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.

9. Suspension or Termination

Access may be restricted or terminated where necessary to address a breach of these terms, unlawful activity, or a security risk. Any action remains subject to applicable law and rights relating to paid services. You may stop using the service at any time. Stopping use or deleting the app does not itself cancel any subscription; use the applicable cancellation process.

10. Changes to the Agreement

These terms may be updated to reflect changes to the service or legal requirements. The date above indicates the latest revision. Notice of material changes will be provided where required, together with any choices available under applicable law.
